Patinkas Stock Taking Dates 2009

We will be closed for our annual stock take from Thursday 20 August to Monday 7 September 2009.

You can continue to place orders whilst we are closed for stock taking and whilst we will have a skeleton staff undertaking the stock take, they will be unavailable to take phone calls or process orders. All orders received during this period will, therefore, be despatched when we reopen on Tuesday 8 September 2009.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but whilst we are closed some of our staff will be off on a buying trip so we should have some exciting new crystal goodies to share with you on their return! We always carry out our stock take in late August as traditionally it is our quietest month and, therefore causes the least disruption to our customers.

If two people happen to order the same item and it is a one-off piece, then we will handle it on a ‘first ordered’ basis; offering a full refund to the other customer (we feel this is the fairest method).

Last day for ordering prior to closure: Wednesday 19 August before 12pm
Shut for stock take from: Thursday 20 August 2009
Reopen for business: Tuesday 8 September 2009
