Patinkas is a family run business based in the South of England, offering top quality crystals and gemstone jewellery sourced from around the world, together with healing and holistic therapies. We also have many goods handmade in England by healers and all of the items are fully cleansed and blessed before being dispatched. We value and respect all of our goods, with every single piece offered for sale being hand chosen, and many items are exclusive to Patinkas.

Our Mission Statement, ‘Integrity, Quality & Fair Trading’, is a reflection of our ethos. Integrity: sound and honest trading; we were one of the first UK based e-commerce businesses to comply with the COPPA Ruling regarding child safety & the internet. Although this ruling applies to the US only, with an international client base we felt obliged to honour this ruling on our site. We have clearly written and comprehensive Terms & Conditions, and in an effort to avoid disappointment we try to give as much information about our goods as possible, including supplying sizes and as accurate photographs as possible using professional daylight-bulb lighting. Quality: Everything we sell is something we either have or would choose for ourselves and we pride ourselves on supplying quality items at affordable prices. Fair Trading: This covers several areas. Firstly, we make a modest profit on all of our goods, believing that it is more important to get the crystals and jewellery out to where they can be used and appreciated than to make a vast profit. Secondly, we try to deal direct with small independent manufacturers avoiding at all costs schemes which exploit child labour. Lastly, we feel we have an excellent reputation with customer relations; we offer a fast, friendly service and have a no quibble returns policy.

As well as offering a wide range of top quality crystal goods, this site is intended to be informative and user friendly, with regular features and useful information available and your comments are always welcomed.
